- around 10 year experience 
- Marketing experience for mobile device manufacturer or global consumer goods company 
- Experience in marketing strategy development ? i.e., utilizing information on brand platform, consumer insights, market/competitive environment, and company’s relative position to identify and develop optimal marketing strategy 
- Experience in ownership of entire marketing campaign development value chain ? i.e., identifying product value proposition, developing key messaging, 360 degree campaign execution (ATL/BTL), follow up (effectiveness tracking), budget management 
- Experience in agency development/management ? e.g., review/selection, define SOW, define KPI 
- Fluent in English 
- Team player, team management skills/experience 
- Enjoy uncertainties around setting up a new business
