Telco Support Associates

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives for our Telco Account. This is a full-time position based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via telephone, email, and chat
Responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
