Minimum Qualification - Graduation

Location - Delhi / NCR

Fresher with good verbal and written communication skills can apply.

Job Responsibilities :

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Effective counselling of the student and the parents. Guiding the students according to their area of interest. Complete knowledge of the admission process
• Engaging the students, their parents and MSF members, for coming up with a solution, if the student faces some issue, together help the student
• Regular follow ups and Daily update of enquiry list with remarks and ensure student conversion. Centre tour to prospective students and parents
• Help in conducting activities in and outside the office premises related to student enrollment
