Tele Counselor

We are looking for a confident, target driven, and experienced tale caller and counsellor to join our immigration team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients through various visa processes including study, Tourist Visa.Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate information to clients regarding visa processes for different countries. Handle walk-ins and convert leads into successful enrolments. Counsel clients based on their eligibility and requirements. Maintain follow-ups with potentials clients through phone, email or meetings. Coordinate with documentation and tale calling teams to ensure smooth processing. Maintain proper records of clients, applications and follow-ups. Meet weekly/monthly enrolments targets.Requirement: Minimum 6 months of experience in the immigration industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be confident, proactive and target-oriented. Ability to work in a team and under pressure
