QUALIFICATIONS: 
At least High School Graduate or College Level   
Good in English Communication Skills (both oral and written)   
Excellent Interpersonal Skills   
With pleasing personality   
Team player   
Computer savvy   
Average typing speed of 30-40 WPM   
Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel)   
Willing to be trained 
The Tele-Encoder will be responsible in verifying information from various parameters as required by the respective client. He/She will handle specialized function as tele-verifying and data encoding.
