Tele Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to business decision-makers using auto-dialer software.
• Present EverPrint's services, including promotional products, branded apparel, marketing materials, and graphic design solutions.
• Answer product-related questions and guide customers through the online purchasing process.
• Qualify leads and schedule 15-minute Discovery Calls with the CEO when needed.
• Accurately log call outcomes and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily call and appointment-setting targets.
• Provide a professional and positive brand experience with every interaction.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of tele sales, call center, or inside sales experience required.
• Clear, confident phone presence with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections and think on your feet.
