Telecaller Executive, Team Lead and Trainer
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Telecaller Executive (English, Hindi and Odia)
Experience- 2-3 years
Salary: Up to 20k
Work Responsibilities:
Makes outbound calls to raw/database leads. 
Introduces the project, gauges interest, qualifies on budget-timeline-intent, and books site visits or RM callbacks. 
Handles basic objections using scripts. Updates CRM after every call. 
Language-segmented: Odia callers for local leads, Hindi for migrant/investor leads, and English/bilingual for NRI and premium inquiries. 

Telecaller Team Leader:
Experience- 4 years
Salary: Up to 30k
