• Initiate telephonic conversations with potential clients to introduce Merloam Estates' real estate properties.
• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate property options to meet their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes for follow-up and reporting.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Generate and manage leads by understanding client preferences and market trends.
• Ensure adherence to sales scripts while improvising based on client interactions and responses.
• Address client queries promptly and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
• Continuously update knowledge about Merloam Estates' offerings and industry-related developments.
