Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and target-focused Forex Telecaller to promote our forex trading services and generate quality leads through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.

• Explain forex trading services and account details

• Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients

• Follow up with interested customers

• Maintain call and lead records in CRM

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with sales and retention teams
