GrowSari is a tech-enabled B2B platform supporting over one million sari-sari stores across the Philippines. We help store owners improve service levels, access new products, and transform from traditional FMCG outlets into comprehensive service hubs for their communities.

As part of our services, we offer E-Lista, a platform that allows store owners to purchase goods on credit. You'll be part of the E-Lista Collections team, responsible for executing strategies to boost warehouse visit and collection rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily collection calls and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Follow collection strategies set by the team through daily or weekly checkpoints.
• Execute all digital communications and administrative tasks related to collections.
• Coordinate with warehouses for special handling of priority stores.
