Telecom Fiber Service Designer

Enhance fiber connectivity as a Telecom Service Designer. Responsible for maintaining project documentation and facilitating seamless ISP services through accurate technical designs.

Taking direction from the Access Network Design Manager, this role focuses on delivering projects involving fiber connectivity. You will closely work with Sr. Fibre Designers to ensure project requirements are met while managing documentation accurately. Your role also includes field documentation and consultations related to ISP connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain comprehensive data in Patch Manager
• Document implementation instructions for new services
• Assess ISP port capacity and availability
• Timely entry of as-built documentation
• Support special initiatives as needed
