Telecom Operations Lead: NOC, Field & Fiber

Celerity Fiber is seeking an experienced professional to oversee daily service assurance and operational performance of their fiber backbone and managed WiFi services. This role ensures SLA compliance and network stability, leading Service Desk, NOC, and Field Operations teams effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Telecommunications and at least 8 years of telecom/network operations experience. Strong expertise in fiber backbone and managed WiFi ecosystems is essential.
