Telecom - Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Engineer, design, and follow up on telecommunication systems.
• Act as the technical lead for telecom packages.
• Ensure vendor information is identified and communicated to the project team.
• Perform and complete engineering documents and data registers.
• Follow up with telecom vendors and their technical documentation.
• Participate in engineering studies, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and offshore surveys.
• Prepare commissioning procedures and work packages.
• Manage interfaces with other engineering disciplines.

Required expertise

• Masters or bachelors degree in automation or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, particularly from large modification projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
