About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across business, telecom, technology, and leadership functions. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to telecom hiring and experience managing end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

The role requires building strong talent pipelines across telecom operators, CPaaS, messaging, digital communications, enterprise technology, and related ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Drive hiring across telecom, CPaaS, enterprise sales, technology, operations, product, and leadership functions.
