Telecommunications Customer Service Associate – Onsite

Location: Cagayan de Oro

We are currently hiring Telecommunications Customer Service Associates for our onsite operations in Cagayan de Oro. This role supports telecom customers through voice interactions, assisting with account inquiries, service requests, and basic troubleshooting while following company processes and quality standards.

Candidates must be at least a High School or Senior High School graduate with good communication skills and willingness to work onsite on shifting schedules. Applicants with at least six months of call center experience are preferred, though entry-level candidates may also apply.

Compensation is based on experience. Candidates without call center experience may receive up to 20,000 salary package. Those with at least six months of international voice BPO experience may receive up to 30,000 salary package. Candidates with at least one year of international voice BPO experience may receive up to 40,000 salary package.
