Telecommunications Project Manager

OVERVIEW
Lead the survey, design, installation, commissioning, and delivery of Ericsson wireless equipment projects in Mindanao. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality, safety, and
regulatory standards.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, resource, and budget management.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project milestones.
• Oversee on-site installation, commissioning, and acceptance procedures in compliance with Ericsson technical specifications.
• Monitor project financial performance, control costs, and ensure target profit margins.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, occupational health, and safety (EHS), data security, and privacy requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and deliverables.
