Quick Rundown:

The Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, building rapport, obtaining consent for continued communication, and qualifying leads with a soft approach. The ideal candidate will have a great personality, excellent listening skills, and a strong desire to connect with people.

What You'll Do:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients.
• Build rapport and establish trust with contacts.
• Obtain explicit consent from individuals for ongoing communication via calls, texts, and emails.
• Qualify leads by gauging their interest in selling properties with a soft, non-aggressive approach.
