Reporting to the directors, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients;
• Asking targeted questions to qualify prospects;
• Booking listing appointments for sales agents;
• Accurately updating the CRM with client information and call notes;
• Passing warm, qualified leads to agents for follow-up;
