Telemarketer

Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Representative. The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to the company's services, answering questions, and closing sales. The Telemarketing Representative will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records.





Qualifications



Customer Service and Customer Support skills

Excellent Phone Etiquette

Strong Communication skills

Experience in Sales or Telemarketing

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of marketing and advertising practices

Fluency in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
