Telemarketer

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Follow prepared scripts to introduce products or services
Record customer responses and update contact information
Answer basic questions and direct customers to the appropriate team if needed
Meet daily or weekly call targets and performance goals
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during calls
Qualifications
Previous telemarketing or customer service experience/Prior experience in customer engagement is preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and following scripts
Basic computer skills and ability to update call logs
Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
