Telemarketer

The Telemarketer is responsible for conducting outbound calls and digital outreach to prospective leads across various business verticals. The role's primary focus is to present, pitch, and close sales for Traxion's fintech solutions—starting with QRPH and expanding to other services like CTM (Cash Teller Machine), TraxionPayMe, and GiveOnline Today.
This is a performance-driven sales role. The ideal candidate is not just a caller, but a closer—a highly motivated, aggressive, and results-oriented salesperson who thrives on hitting KPIs and pushing leads toward conversion. Passion for sales, the ability to influence over the phone, and strong follow-through are essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collate warm and hot leads from marketing campaigns, trackers, or CRM, organized per vertical or batch.
Make daily outbound calls to assigned warm and hot leads.
