Telemarketer

The Telemarketer role is responsible for managing and processing loan applications from digital channels while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with credit and underwriting guidelines. The position involves evaluating prospective customers, verifying borrower information, handling client inquiries, and endorsing qualified loan applications to the Credit Team. The role also supports digital marketing initiatives and maintains strong client relationships through excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and process all loan application turn-ins from digital channels.
• Filter and evaluate prospective customers and manage qualified accounts.
• Verify and validate borrower information against submitted loan documents.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of loan documents and client data.
