Telemarketer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes the service and parts offering of the dealership to the clients.
• Follows up and reminds customer of their scheduled routine maintenance checks.
• Organizes appointments and pre booking of customers.
• Checks the performance of the vehicle and the feedback of the customer after release from service.
• Assists in the preparation of scheduled reports.
• Develops and maintains a filing system for all branch related documents.

Qualifications:

• College graduate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate (PDF, Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Experience in Automotive Industry is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned with in Honda Cebu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
