TELEMARKETER

(Office Based)

Job Responsibilities:

• Calls existing customers to sell the products of the company
• Shares selling points for the products of the company
• Answers questions from customers about the products
• Recommends and cross-sells products, based on customer needs
• Completes orders and notifies the appropriate department
• Takes detailed call notes and records feedback from customers
• Keeps contact and financial information confidential
• Work closely with the sales supervisor to establish and meet sales goals
• Maintain a strong work ethic, with total commitment to achieve monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

• At least College level (High school graduate but with strong and long experience in Field Sales are very much welcome to apply)
• Preferably with 1-2 years work experience in sales or any related field
• Excels at customer service
