Job Summary

The Telemarketing Officer is responsible for generating sales leads, promoting the company's plastic products, and supporting the sales team by contacting potential and existing customers via phone. The role focuses on customer engagement, product presentation, order coordination, and maintaining accurate customer records to help achieve sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote plastic products.
• Generate qualified sales leads and set appointments for the Sales Representatives.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and applications clearly to customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product and order information.
