Telemarketer/Appointment Setter

Responsibilities:

• Conduct calls to potential clients and introduce the products and services to them.
• Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's needs and respond to customer inquiries regarding the products.
• Work with team members to meet sales and performance goals.
• Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly Telesales goals.
• Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls as well as follow-up information and outcomes.
• Accurately document the customers' personal information including company name, industry, contact person, phone number, address, and other information.
• Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how SAP Business One can add value to their organization.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients.
