Telemarketing Agent

Our client has an opportunity available for a Telemarketing Agent.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2500 keystrokes per minute.


• Recent 12-month Outbound Telesales Experience.

KPAs:

• Deliver professional, compliant and high-quality customer service to all key customers and stakeholder groups.


• Process applications effectively and efficiently.


• Enable a strict compliance to schedules.


• All leads offered must accurately be accounted for using dialer qualification codes.


• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and advances targets.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
