Role Overview

Straits Immigration is seeking a Telemarketing Executive (Appointment Setting) to support our client acquisition team by engaging prospective clients interested in immigration and residency-related services, and securing consultation appointments with our immigration consultants.

In addition to appointment setting, this role includes light ad-hoc administrative and front-desk support, such as welcoming walk-in guests and assisting with basic enquiries.
