Telemarketing Executive – English Learning Program (Remote)

Join our remote team and help drive the growth of our online English teaching platform. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, persuasive, and experienced in handling leads over the phone. You'll be connecting with warm leads, guiding students through our offerings, and supporting them throughout their learning journey.


Key Responsibilities

* Call and follow up with potential students who showed interest in our English courses

* Use our CRM system to log conversations and manage lead status accurately

* Help students understand available packages and upsell private one-on-one sessions when relevant

* Assist inactive or struggling students in renewing their subscriptions through personalized communication

* Encourage satisfied students to refer others and expand our network

* Meet individual performance targets related to sales, upsells, and subscription recoveries
