About the role

Become a key part of the ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' as a Telemarketer. In this full-time role, you'll be based in Iskandar Puteri Johor, making outbound sales calls to prospective customers and clients. With a focus on delivering excellent customer service, you'll aim to convert leads into sales and build lasting relationships.

What you'll be doing

1. Making outbound sales calls to potential customers
2. Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
3. Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
4. Updating customer records and sales data in the company's systems
5. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve department targets
6. Providing feedback to management on customer insights and market trends
