Salary
AED 3,500 – 5,000 + performance-based incentives

Responsibilities

• High-volume outbound calling

• Qualify leads and book agent appointments

• Consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions

• Accurate CRM updates

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets

Requirements

• Proven telemarketing or telesales experience

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Target-driven, resilient, and disciplined
