About the Role

As a Telephone Sales Representative, you will provide Uncommon Care to our customers. We are looking for you to bring your Human touch to this Call Centre role. You will be taking calls from potential customers shopping for Private Health and Life Insurance to guide them and provide them with advice so they can make the right healthcare choices for themselves and their families.

This is a full-time, hybrid position. When you work from the office, you’ll be based in our brand new, high-tech Parramatta Call Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from potential customers and sell HCF Health and Life Insurance products
  • Handle outbound and inbound enquiries from new and existing members with membership applications and questions about HCF Health and Life Products
  • To provide answers to any enquiries in a clear, non-technical manner
