Telephonic Sales

Location: Phase V, DHA, Karachi
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
Starting Salary: Rs. 40,000/month
Perks: Commission on sales + Daily Food Allowance

We are looking for Telephonic Sales & Support Executives to handle incoming and outgoing calls related to laptop inquiries.

You will:

• Receive customer calls and guide them about laptop models and deals
• Call potential leads from the website, WhatsApp, and social media
• Recommend laptops based on customer needs
• Take orders or forward hot leads to the closing team
• Maintain follow-up status and call records

Requirements:

• Fluent in Urdu (Basic English is a plus)
• Previous experience in telephonic sales or customer service preferred
• Good communication skills and confidence on calls
• Tech product knowledge (laptops) is a plus, but not mandatory
