Role Overview

We are looking for driven, self-managed sales professionals who can generate leads, build trust, and convert prospects into participants for PowerMIND NLP programs.

This is a commission-only role — ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to sell high-value transformation programs and want uncapped earning potential.

If you need hand-holding, fixed salaries, or daily supervision… this role is not for you.

What You'll Do

Generate and qualify leads through your own network, outreach, and social platforms

Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects' goals and challenges

Present the value of PowerMIND NLP programs with authenticity and clarity

Handle objections with empathy and confidence

Convert prospects into paid participants

Maintain basic tracking of leads and conversions
