Telesales (Basic + Commission)

• Make outbound and drop-off calls to potential MEX using provided leads or databases.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to prospective customers using solid arguments.
• Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Accurately record calls, sales, and prospect interactions in the provided system.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing feedback to improve products/services based on interactions.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial products, markets, and industry regulations.
• Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Simplify and explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
