Minimum passed Secondary/SPM certification.

Proficiency in English and BM, written and spoken.

Ability to work on-site. (Location near to LRT Kerinchi)

Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations.

Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive training.

Responsibility

• Perform outbound calls to promote TM products and promotion.
• Generate targeted sales for the company.
• Answering and responding to inbound calls on TM product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified Practice and Procedure.
• Provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy. Perform, participate and contribute to quality initiatives i.e ISO9001.
