Key Responsibilities

• Assist with and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Provide accurate answers to customer queries
• Process and email order confirmations
• Check and verify pricing on orders
• Sort and organize orders

Requirements

• Home language MUST be AFRIKAANS
• Good knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about blinds products, components, and services
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities
