Telesales Executive

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role located in Karachi Division. The Telesales Executive will engage with customers via telephone to promote, present, and sell products or services. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, maintaining records of interactions, achieving sales targets, managing customer inquiries, and building long-term relationships with clients. The individual will work collaboratively with team members to maximize sales performance while delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
Sales and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to close deals effectively
Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills
