Job Description
A Tele Sales Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell services. Their key tasks include generating leads, delivering sales pitches, answering customer inquiries, and closing sales. They must maintain customer databases, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Job Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.

Build and maintain a database of prospective and current customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
