About the Company:

Fast Cell Repair is a fast-growing mobile phone repair and accessories company, serving customers through online and in-store channels. We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to manage inbound/outbound sales, online leads, and daily remote store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive sales calls to convert leads into customers
• Respond to customer inquiries from Facebook Marketplace, ads, and messages
• Manage and monitor video surveillance for store security
• Handle Google Business inquiries, reviews, and customer messages
• Assist in daily store operations remotely
• Coordinate stock management and availability updates
• Support theft management and report irregularities
