  • - Reporting to Senior Manager Direct Sales Channel, you will lead a team of Telesales Executives to promote DHL's service and products, to achieve sales targets and business objectives, and deliver excellent services to customers.
  • - Lead the Telesales team to promote DHL's product and service, to achieve sales targets and business KPIs, and provide excellent services to customers
  • - Plan and lead the team to acquire new customers and expand customer base through cold call and warm call activities
