Job Summary:
The Customer Outreach Specialist is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to introduce products or services, generate leads, and support sales initiatives through phone-based engagement for a local online casino platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Introduce products/services and explain key benefits
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Follow up on inquiries and scheduled callbacks
• Meet daily and weekly calls and lead targets
• Provide an excellent customer experience during interactions

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School or College level/graduate
• With or without experience (telemarketing or sales experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
