Responsibilities
Conduct calls to potential clients and introduce the products and services to them.
Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's needs and respond to customer inquiries regarding the products.
Work with team members to meet sales and performance goals.
Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly Telesales goals.
Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls as well as follow-up information and outcomes.
Accurately document the customers' personal information, including company name, industry, contact person, phone number, address, and other information.
Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how SAP Business One can add value to their organization.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree.
Has experience in customer service or telemarketing.
