TeleSales Representative-Female

Soft Nation Technologies is looking for Telesales Representative- Female to join the team

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 1pm-10pm or 2pm-11pm

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up on prospects and close sales effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sales attitude.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
