Telesales Representative - Hanoi & HCM City

1. Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls using the company-provided database to advise customers on nutritional products.
• Provide customer care and resolve inquiries for both new and existing customers.
• Gather further customer insights to drive sales growth.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).

2. Requirements:

• High school diploma or above.
• Experience with nutritional milk/dairy products.
• Clear and pleasant speaking voice.
• Female candidates only, with a standard Hanoi accent.
• Proven experience in telesales.

3. Compensation & Benefits:

• Average monthly income: 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND (Base salary: 5,970,000 VND).
• Lunch allowance: 500,000 VND. Process allowance: 1,200,000 VND.
• Sales bonus: Up to 8,000,000 VND/month.
