Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales inquiries from prospects who have already shown interest
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and explain the platform offering
Confidently present subscription options and close sales independently
Guide prospects through the sign-up and onboarding process
Maintain accurate records of interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups
Participate in ongoing coaching, feedback sessions, and sales training
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve sales messaging and performance
Sales Scope
Inbound only (no cold calling)
Full-cycle sales: from first conversation to close
Low-ticket, high-volume subscription sales
Emphasis on consultative selling rather than aggressive tactics
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition (SaaS or subscription products preferred); solid sales foundation
