Role:

• Provide systematic, accurate, and timely updates on all client transactions and negotiations using CRM NetSuite.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships through consistent client maintenance and retention.
• Receive, handle, and respond to client inquiries from all sales channels, ensuring effective client conversion.
• Acquire and generate new potential B2B leads, including proper documentation and lead entry.
• Support and manage smooth operational activities through efficient coordination with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure full compliance with company rules and regulations

Qualifications

1. Graduate in any business course

2. With at least 1 year work experience in Sales or Marketing (with calling skills)

3. Good verbal and written communication skills
