Telesales Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our onsite team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Present, promote, and sell company products or services effectively
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
