Job Description

• Make outbound calls to prospects, present services, and close sales
• Record customer interactions and maintain CRM systems
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Continually update knowledge of company offerings and policies

Qualifications

• Background in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Proven experience in telesales or sales/customer service with a track record of meeting quotas
• Knowledge of CRM software and relevant computer programs
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales
