Telesales Representative

SUMMARY

The Telesales Representative is tasked to focus on telesales, grow the client's customer base, and maintain strong relationships with clients within the medical/pharma industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting outbound calls for customer retention and new business development;
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan
• Manage on a day-to-day basis, customer engagement, interaction, and growth (training, pipeline management, lead tracking, and marketing)
• Actively hunting new business opportunities by willingly cold-calling prospective customers in the defined region
• Following-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expanding sales opportunities
• Recommending/up-selling products to meet customer needs
• Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism
